All sales are final. 


While everything at Salty Bronc Silver is made to withstand time, they are delicate and I am not responsible for any damage that happens after it is in your hands. If anything is damaged upon arrival, please notify me with a picture attached. We will discuss, I will try my best to figure out a fix, but you are not promised that I will be able to fix it. 


Please note that items are specifically sized, and Salty Bronc Silver is not liable for any sizing errors on your part.

Ranch Barbie Collection Policy/Warranty

 

 

  1. If a stone/diamond that I set,  falls out AT THE FAULT OF MYSELF which shall be determined by me, I will replace the stone at no charge while you pay for shipping costs to send it to me. I will pay the return shipping rate. If at the fault of anyone excluding myself, a purchase of materials and time is required to replace the materials.
  2. If any stones or stone settings are damaged at the fault of anyone excluding myself, I will repair it at the cost of the materials and the time it takes me to complete the repair. 
  3. If a piece is LOST or STOLEN, a new purchase is required. 
  4. If a piece needs to be repaired or resized(rings),  I will repair it at the cost of the materials and the time it takes me to complete the repair. If a size needs to be bigger(rings), you will either need to take it to a jewelry doctor or contact me to purchase a new ring at the cost of materials and time only. 
  5. Please, understand that I am not at fault for the wrong size being ordered. Every ring is sent with confirmation pictures of size on my mandrel. 
  6. NO RUFUNDS are offered, you can exchange the ring for a different size(rings) unless there is a brand/initial detail on the ring; a new ring will have to be purchased at the cost of materials and time only due to not being able to resell a branded ring.

 

For each R.B. Collection purchase, there is a Certified Moissanite Report(s) that comes packaged with the piece itself. This report MUST be kept and shipped to me for any repairs or replacements of the Moissanite Diamond(ref. 1). If this report is not sent to me with the piece itself, a purchase on your end of a new moissanite diamond will be required for me to complete the repair/replacement. 

This warranty can be void at any time given circumstances of misuse, resold, disrespect, improperly maintained and cared for, and/or altered by an outside party.
